“What he had done was put a recording device on an iPod inside one of the men’s bathrooms and had concealed it in a vent,” Deputy Thomas Gilliland, of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, said.
According to the criminal complaint, a male co-worker spotted the device on Nov. 28 and reported it to human resources. Gutierrez was arrested and charged with two counts of improper photography.
“He caught at least twenty males on camera, either changing clothes or using the restroom,” Donna Hawkins, of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, said.
She said he also caught himself on camera as he was trying to masturbate his 2" penis.
Improper photography is a state jail felony that carries up to two years behind bars.

I read the charging instrument and probable cause report with my own eyes.. it was the men's bathroom and it was 20 men. Only two men he did sexual favors for at work.
