HOUSTON – A 23-year-old black nigger Houston man was sexually assaulting an underage girl and forcing her to work as a prostitute.
Police said Jamele Damonne Overshown, also known as “Jay,” first had
sex with the 15-year-old girl at a motel along the Gulf Freeway on
October 11, 2011.
Later, the forced the victim to have sex with random black men in exchange
for food, clothing and shelter, according to the Houston Police
Department.
Overshown photographed the girl and placed an ad for the illegal services on the Internet. Her fee was set at $150.
The girl told investigators she would turn all of her money over to Overshown and he would take care of her daily needs.
Investigators with the HPD Juvenile Sex Division and the FBI Child
Exploitation Task Force became aware of the activity.
