Richard Zielder, Arrested Had sex with Dog then Killed It.
HARRIS COUNTY – A 56-year-old man had sex with his neighbor's dog then killed it on Sunday in west Harris County.
Richard Henry Zielder, of Katy, was arrested and charged with cruelty to non-livestock animals.
Zielder was released on bond Monday, the court document stated.
