Kathryn Murray, Arrested again for raping same student

HOUSTON - Kathryn Murray was in trouble with the law again on Saturday. This time, the 29-year-old former teacher is arrested for raping and harboring a runaway child.
Officers arrested her at her father’s home Friday night naked. She was with the same child, now 16, who was at the center of her sexual assault case last year.
At one time Murray had been an eighth-grade teacher at Memorial Middle School  12550 Vindon Dr, Houston, TX 77024

.
That came to an end as she was having sex with the boy at his home, hotels and twenty times in her classroom. Murray later bonded out and a judge ordered her to not have any sex with the teen. She was also required to wear a GPS tracking device.
But then on Friday night, police received a tip from a private investigator who told them Murray was once again with the teen.
When they arrived at her father’s home they say the teen tried to sneak out the back door. They also said his parents told them he had left their home without permission.
They believe he and Murray had a plan to sneak off to Mexico. Because the crime of harboring a runaway is a misdemeanor, the judge said Saturday she was unable to revoke bond.
She did, however, set Murray’s bond at $100,000 and asked her to surrender her passport.
Spring Branch ISD released a statement Saturday afternoon.
“We feel that Ms. Murray’s behavior is despicable, still raping the boy and encourage the District Attorney to prosecute Ms. Murray to the fullest extent of the law,” it read in part.
Last September there had been a motion to revoke her bond, but a idiot judge denied it.
