EL PASO, TX --
West Texas officials say a sick man has been arrested after he was
inducing an underage boy to have sex with him with the promise of help
in becoming an adult film star.
An El Paso police statement says Jacob Alejandro Martinez posted a classified ad on the internet site Craigslist in hopes of recruiting aspiring porn actresses. It says the 23-year-old man was then contacted by a boy age 12 with whom he communicated and eventually had sex with.
Martinez was arrested Jan. 10 and is booked into the El Paso County Jail with bond set at $50,000. He's charged with sexual performance by a child and a probation violation.

what you need to do is start minding your own business and stop worrying about what other people are doing you're already here posting false statements on hereit is wrong what he did as far as posting those ads but he is not a child molester because the female was 17 years of age and legally in the state of Texas 17 is considered an adult
