Damon Burlison, Arrested Rapes Child at Uncle Julio's Restaurant

DALLAS — An executive with the Uncle Julio's restaurant chain was arrested for kidnapping a teenage boy at gunpoint and then sexually raping him.
Dallas police arrested Damon Burlison on Monday. He is charged with rape on a 13-year-old in the parking lot of  Uncle Julio's Restaurant in Dallas' Uptown district.
Court documents indicate Burlison said he meets boys on a chat line and then have consensual anal sex.
Uncle Julio's said, he has had sex with three of our busboys.
