Investigators said 34-year-old Jay Sarabia raped a 12-month-old girl and the abuse may have gone on for at six months.
According to his arrest affadavit, he would take the victim to a room in the house, lock the doors and then rape her.
The victim told an investigator that Sarabia also molested her 9-year-old sister.
The warrant doesn't state if Sarabia is being charged in that case.
