Kyle Boman, Arrested with Child Porn at Morton Ranch High School

HOUSTON -- A sick Katy high school student is arrested for possessing images of child pornography on his iPod.

  told Katy ISD police they were in possession of an iPod Touch with inappropriate nude pictures of juvenile female students and other female classmates that belonged to student Kyle Trent Boman.
The assistant principals say after believing the iPod contained images of child porn, Boman gave one of them consent to look through the iPod as well as the password to unlock it at the school. The administrator told police she observed thousands of images of nude infants and children on the iPod.
Katy ISD police then confiscated the device with a search warrant. According to court documents, investigators say there were a total of 310,000 images on the iPod, and at least 2,955 of those were of infant pornography.
Boman, 17, is charged with twenty counts of possession of child pornography.
