Tina Marie Quiser, 44, 1st-grade teacher was arrested Wednesday following an investigation by the Coldspring-Oakhurst ISD police department and charged with improper relationship between an educator and a student.
”After a comprehensive and thorough investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for (Tina Quiser) and she was taken into custody,” said Chief R. Joseph.
The male student she was being involved with was underage at the time of the all the sex started and has since graduated. Police on Wednesday charged Tina Quiser, a teacher at James Elementary School, with improper relationship between an educator and a student. " There was manipulation, absolutely," said a woman claiming to be the teenager's mother.
