GPS tracking on a stolen cellphone led deputies to the black thug thieves who robbed a mobile phone store in north Harris County
Tuesday.
The robbery happened just before noon at an AT&T store at 7025 East FM 1960, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said the suspects were armed and wore masks. They stole several mobile phones from the store and sped away in a vehicle.
One of the stolen phones was equipped with a GPS tracking device. Deputies were able to track the suspects to a black apartment complex in the 14900 block of Bellows Falls. They took the thugs into custody.
Inside the suspect's vehicle, deputies said they recovered the stolen merchandise as well firearms and clothing that was worn during the robbery.
Arrested and charged with aggravated robbery were Donte Valentine, 19, Jakelvin Gilliam, 20, and 18-year-olds Jeremy Gibson and Johnnie Isabelle.
