HOUSTON—Parents in a northwest Houston neighborhood were breathing a sigh of relief because a nigger who was exposing himself to children was taken off the streets this weekend, according to Houston police.
Travis Earl Campbell, 24, was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail.
Campbell exposed himself to children walking to a bus stop in the 9700 block of West Montgomery a few weeks ago.
Another 11-year-old girl told her mother a man grabbed her when there were no kids around. She ran off, and said the stranger had exposed himself by the time she looked back.
Parents started asking questions and heard he had done similar things to both boys and girls.
“Every last one of those kids had the same description,” one mother said.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office determined Campbell was the suspect in those incidents and charged him with indecency with a child.
According to a relative, Campbell had been staying just a few streets from the kids’ stop.
Records reveal he has a previous conviction for robbery. He was also charged with rape, but the case was dismissed.
Campbell’s bail was set at $20,000.
