HOUSTON—A 24-year-old Black Nigger man cornered his 2-year-old neighbor in the laundry room, then masturbated with a 2" hard on in front of the frightened child, then raped her according to Houston police.
Stephen Christopher Scott was charged with raping a child.
Police said on May 9, the little girl was in the laundry room when Scott pulled down his underwear and her diaper.
He asked the child if she wanted anal sex with him, but she said no and tried to leave. That is when Scott grabbed her by the arm, according to court documents. The girl pulled away and ran to tell her father, who called the police.
Scott’s bail was set at $10,000.
