Cruz is one of 20 black males accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old Cleveland girl in the fall 2010. Cruse who is already serving an 8-year sentence for other charges including robbery showed no emotion when the verdict was read.
Of the 20 blacks accused one has gotten 99-years from a jury, six await trial and the others have pled guilty to sentences ranging from 8-15 years.
