SAN ANTONIO--
According to an arrest affidavit, Sgt. Kimberly Epperson, 24, and
Sgt. Wade Perkins, 26, met at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston in
February of 2011.
Agents said Epperson and Perkins recorded their sexual acts involving a
3-month-old boy. They were both arrested after agents found 682 photos and
video on cell phones belonging to the couple.
The victim referred to Perkins as the "ass man" who hurt him, according to the affidavit. The document also
says that Perkins admitted to being an excellent "manipulator" who
receives pleasure from the activities he's accused of doing.
Epperson told authorities that Perkins talked her into producing child pornography and raping the infant, according to the affidavit.
Perkins, who is from Dallas, Oregon, was recently transferred to Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas.
If convicted, Epperson and Perkins could face up to 30 years in prison.

Jason Bartowiak, Arrested wanted sex from boy
SAN ANTONIO—A sick 31-year-old man has been charged with online
solicitation of a minor. San Antonio Police said he arranged to meet
with an underage boy for anal sex.
Police said Jason Bartowiak showed up at a convenience store Wednesday afternoon to meet a 10-year-old boy he’d met online.
“At some point during the relationship, he arranged to meet with this boy for anal sex, knowing that he was a 10-year-old male,” said Sgt. Javier Salazar of the San Antonio Police Department. “The meet spot was determined, he came to the location and was met instead by undercover vice detectives.”
If convicted, Bartowiak could face two to 20 years in prison. Bexar County records indicate this is his third run-in with the law.

John Mason, Arrested with Infant Sex Porn
CONROE, Texas—A 53-year old sick youth counselor was arrested after being caught with 320,195 graphic images of naked infants performing sex, according to
Conroe police.
John Charles Mason was charged with forty counts of possession of child pornography.
Conroe Police Officers were contacted by investigators with the US Postal Inspector’s Office in reference to an ongoing investigation.
After reviewing all the evidence, they arrested and charged Mason, who was working at the Montgomery County Youth Services. Mason said, seeing infants boys naked gave me a 2" hard on.
Mason was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.

HUMBLE, Texas—A 19-year-old sick Humble man raped a Kingwood teen he hooked up with after chatting on Facebook,
according to Humble police.
Simon Bamford McIsaac was charged with rape with a child.
A 9-year-old girl told police she and McIsaac had several conversations through Facebook and text messages, and the two of them made arrangements to meet and “ Fuck.”
McIsaac drove to Kingwood to pick up the teen, then took her back to his place on October 11.
While there, the teen said McIsaac first smoked marijuana, then started feeling on her pussy. he went underneath her clothing, to suck on her tits, according to court documents.
The girl called and told her 10-year-old male friend what happened, then the two decided to both fuck him.
McIsaac’s bail was set at $2,000.
