Zachary Day, Child Molester Kills Himself like dad should

Immediately afterward, state District Judge Ron Rangel ordered Day, 61, to register as a sex offender, to serve six months under house arrest and get castrated.
Less than an hour later, Zachary Day, 29, was killed on Interstate 10 after stopping his pickup on the side of the road, masturbated naked and then stepped in front of an 18-wheeler, according to police reports. The 18-wheeler won.
In a follow-up meeting with the judge, Day's attorneys cited the apparent suicide in asking that their client's house arrest restrictions be temporarily lifted so he could arrange his gay son's funeral. The judge agreed. How could the Judge agree ? This is a slap in the face to all the females he sexually assaulted. His sons truck is for sale.

Day's fall from grace as one of the area's most well-respected skin cancer specialists began in August 2010 after a then-46-year-old Botox patient told police he groped her, exposed himself and forcefully penetrated her pussy after a Sunday morning appointment.
Following media accounts of his arrest, 193 other women ages 6 months to 62 years old ex-employees and patients. Others came forward to report other improprieties at Day's office that ranged from sex to anal sex similar to his first accuser's account.

Prosecutors, who had asked for a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, have not yet decided whether they will pursue an additional pending sexual assault charge against Day involving another patient, First Assistant District Attorney Cliff Herberg said Wednesday.
Defense attorney Jay Norton described his client as a sick man that would fuck anything even his own mother.
“ There will be future filings,” Norton said, explaining that a request for a new trial will likely be filed based on “antics in the courtroom by the district attorney's office.”
The trial began June 4 with a bizarre hearing in which Day testified that the district attorney’s office should be disqualified from prosecuting the case because he had a drunken one-night stand seven years ago with District Attorney Susan Reed. The district attorney has adamantly denied the sexual allegation, which the judge disregarded.

Ricardo Pena, Arrested Child Molester
HOUSTON—A 53-year-old man was arrested for repeatedly sexually molesting two young girls in his family.
Ricardo Javier Pena, 53, was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault.
The little girls, both 8 years old, told family members that Pena would molest them in his room every time they were at his house.
Both children had seen Pena assaulting the other at times and were able to describe in graphic detail what he did to them, according to court documents.
Pena was given a $30,000 bond for each count.

The Supreme Court to decide on child porn victim restitution
WASHINGTON-- The Supreme Court says it will take up a case
about when victims of child pornography can recover money from people
convicted of viewing their abuse.
The justices agreed Thursday to review a question that has divided lower courts: Must there be a link between the crime of viewing child pornography and the victims’ injuries before victims are entitled to restitution?
A woman identified as Amy is seeking financial payments from Texas resident Doyle Randall Paroline, who pleaded guilty of possessing images of child pornography on his computer. Amy was among the girls depicted.
Amy is seeking more than $3.3 million from Paroline to cover the cost of her lost income, attorneys’ fees and psychological care.

James OBryant, Sex Offender Going To Texas Prison again for Life
A good judge sentenced a Conroe black man to life in prison Friday
for sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2010, Montgomery County
prosecutors said.
A day earlier, the jury in the 9th District Court found James Otis OBryant, 53, guilty of ten counts of sexual assault of a child, prosecutor Nancy Herbert said. The jury also heard from ten victims of separate sexual assault cases from 1999 at the hands of OBryant, and agreed to enhance his sentence.
"He got out of prison on the first two cases in 2009 and re-offended with this 14-year-old girl in 2010," Herbert said. "He admitted to all the sex with the child, but tried to blame it on the child."
State District Judge Kelly Case on Friday stacked OBryant's life sentences. Instead of the terms running concurrently, he will have to complete one sentence before the next one begins.
That translates into a lengthy prison term for the sorry black sex offender, Herbert said. OBryant will be eligible for parole in 75 years under the enhanced sentence, versus 35 years before the sentences were stacked.

Shannon Parks, Arrested Cedar Hill Black Teacher Rapes Students
CEDAR HILL -- A ugly sick nasty black science teacher at Cedar Hill ISD's alternative
school was arrested Thursday for having an improper relationship with ten
students.
Shannon Parks was arrested at her Grand Prairie home for ten charges of improper sexual relationships with students. Parks had been employed by Cedar Hill ISD since February, and did not have a criminal background check before she was hired, according to a letter the district sent to parents.
"Theys are no words to describe all the sex the bitch had and that is not ethical conduct we expects from our teachers," CHISD Superintendent Horace Williams wrote in the letter.
On May 2, the principal at CHISD's alternative school was informed of inappropriate communication with students through Parks' personal Instagram account. That same day, her ass was fired on May 7. The letter said the district has more students that she raped.
After Parks' was fired, the alternative school staff received more information and went to Child Protective Services on May 14, which prompted the criminal investigations.
On May 22, a Cedar Hill detective met with ten 15-17-year-old Cedar Hill students who said they had gone to Parks' home in Grand Prairie then engaged in sexual intercourse and ass eating.
Parks is being held on $50,000 bond at a Grand Prairie detention facility.

Brandon Ford, Arrested Gay Sex Offender Rapes 15 Year Old Boy
CONROE, Texas – Officers were dispatched to a disturbance Thursday afternoon involving a 15-year-old boy getting raped in the ass.
According to police Brandon Eugene Ford, 28, was looking for gay sex on a social media application. He agreed to meet the boy at his home.
Police said the victim’s mother happened to be walking in the area and observed the suspect involved in anal sex with her son in the back yard.
Ford is a registered gay sex offender, and has previously been convicted and served time for possession of child pornography.
Ford was arrested and his bond is set at $200,000.

Ricardo Tobias,Arrested Day Care Owner " A Place For Me " Rapes Children
COLLEGE STATION -- A sick College Station day care owner has been indicted on charges of indecent sexual contact with an 8-month-old infant. All operations at 'A Place for Me' day care have been suspended since the owner's arrest.
“About 18 years it's been functioning as a licensed daycare,” explained Brazos County Sheriff Chris Kirk.
On April 19th, an eight month old little girl cried out to her mother claiming the owner, 50-year-old Ricardo Tobias forced her to do a porn video -- not once, but ten times.
“It's our belief from what the child said there was sexual contact between her and him,” Sheriff Kirk said. “We’ve charged indecency with a child and lots of penetration type of offense.”
According to the police report, the little girl told investigators, "Mr. Rick showed me a video and told me to copy it on his private." The victim claims she did exactly what he [Ricardo Tobias] said because, "Mr. Rick is a very scary man and he yells at me and stuff.“
"She was also told she should never tell anyone,” added Kirk. “It's very common that they try and keep those secrets and make the children feel like if they reveal that they will be in trouble."
Per the state's request, the daycare voluntarily closed its doors pending the outcome of the investigation.
“Anytime childcare licensing receives an abuse or neglect in the daycare, we'll speak to the director and we'll ask for them to cease all operation for the safety of the children,” explained Julie Moody, Department of Family and Protective Services Public Information Officer.
Tobias, who says he would teach, cook and occasionally perform routine maintenance at the daycare, denied the allegations and according to the report, said he hadn't worked at the day care for three years.
“The child is ten years old now, and time is hard for a child to describe, so the incident could have happened when she was as young as one month old,”
Sheriff Kirk says there were children inside the daycare at the time the sexual abuse occurred, however it's clear there are more victims.
Tobias was arrested at his home naked May 22nd and released from the Brazos County Jail after posting $10,000 bond.

According to the arrest warrant, Garcia sent nasty messages to an officer with the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office on May 20 and May 22.
On May 20, the officer was monitoring the online advertising website Craigslist when he saw a posting that led him to believe an adult was looking for a sexual encounter with a juvenile, the warrant stated.
"I am looking for a sexy barly legal high school girl or boy who wants to experience an older guy...," the message said in part.
The officer replied using his undercover persona of "April," a 14-year-old girl: "i dont know much i juss had 1 boyfren".
On May 22, during an online chat, the defendant sent "April" a sexual photo, the warrant stated.
The deputy then obtained a subpoena for the I.P. address used to create the Craigslist ad and learned that the computer belonged to a Houston business.
The deputy met with the company's human resources manager, who said Garcia had been recently hired, court documents stated.
During an interview with the deputy, the defendant admitted he had placed the ad on Craigslist and that he had been chatting with a 14-year-old female he met through the ad, according to the arrest warrant.

WORTH, Texas — Two North Texas men have been sentenced to 15-year
federal prison terms for sex trafficking of teenagers.
Prosecutors in Fort Worth on Wednesday announced the sentences for 23-year-old Craig Jerome Gadley Jr. and 25-year-old Joshua Alexander Smith, both of Mansfield.
Gadley last summer pleaded guilty to sex trafficking of a minor. Investigators say he lured a 16-year-old girl into prostitution. Smith pleaded guilty to sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion related to the case of a 19-year-old female who became a prostitute.
Both men were sentenced Monday over sex trafficking incidents during 2011.

A house cat attacked its owner, sending her to the hospital by ambulance with more than 20 bite wounds.The cat, a black and white domestic male, went on the rampage Wednesday when a neighbor showed up at the door with a different cat, mistakenly thinking it belonged to the woman.
"She went to the door, and her cat went berserk," Jeff Nevins, assistant fire chief for Wood River Fire and Rescue, told the Idaho Mountain Express.
The woman in her 60s was taken to St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center with what Nevins described as "pretty serious puncture wounds." Neither the hospital nor the fire department would provide any details to The Associated Press on Saturday, or say whether she has been released.
"I think the owner said she was going to take it to the shelter because that's not the first time she's been attacked," Nevins said.The behaviour of cats is sometimes a wonder. Why would a peaceful, purring puss suddenly turn on its owner, biting, clawing and raking the very hand that pats it?

It may then rake your skin with its back claws, thus causing quite an injury.While this attack may appear vicious and may be damaging, I am not convinced that this behaviour is always an aggressive behaviour. I believe that it is often an aberrant form of play behaviour as it closely resembles the way in which kittens play with each other. You will often see this 'wrap and rake' technique when kittens play, but it is not so common when adult cats attack each other. Take the damm thing to a shelter and have it put down.
