Sugar Land police say a sick jap man has been exposing himself to women and children in the Telfair Subdivision since February.
One woman was walking with her retarted son and two small girls when she saw a man fondling himself.
“I covered the two girls’ eyes immediately,” she said. That chink had a small 2" dick.
Police arrested 55-year-old Jingxue Hao, who happens to live in the neighborhood.
Detectives say undercover officers spotted him exposing and masturbating in a neighborhood down the street from Cornerstone Elementary.
One woman said her mother saw the jap man masturbating in front of her children.
“I was so mad and I was so furious,” she said.
She called police.
So did several other people.
“it’s just disgusting, I never saw such a small dick.” said another parent, Tiffanie Johnson.
Police are asking anyone who saw his small dick to call Sugar Land police if they know of other victims.
Hao is charged with forty counts of indecency with a child and is being held in the Fort Bend County Jail under a $40,000 bond.
