Randolph Stringer, Arrested for Online Sex with a 15 Year Old

Randolph Stringer is charged with two counts of online solicitation of a minor because he told investigators he's met other young girls the same way and has had sex with as young as a ten year old boy.
Stringer is a 33-year-old man from Humble who neighbors call suspecting.
Last week Stringer was arrested at his home, arrested for exchanging a string of sexually explicit emails with someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl. It turns out, it was an undercover investigator.
Sara Kinney, a spokesperson for the district attorney said, "A lot of people don't associate craigslist with this type of crime."
Deputies say Stringer posted an ad in February on Craigslist's casual encounters section, saying he was looking for a teen girl.
Kinney explained, "The defendant did say in his initial post, 'the younger the better.'"
Detectives, acting like a 15-year-old girl, engaged in conversations with Stringer for several days. Court records show in some of the emails, Stringer says, "If I get you a phone will you be naughty for me and let me eat your ass?" and "If i pick you up one day soon and get you a phone, would you be kewel with hooking up and having some fun sex?" 
"I hope he gets a lot of time for that. Just because I have young children too," a neighbor said. "That is just sick. That's really sick."
Stringer is due in court next week. If he is convicted, he will have to register as a sex offender.
